Who we are

North Carolina Foreclosure Relief, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ncfrelief.com and provides real estate services to North Carolina homeowners facing foreclosure — verifying your court file, payoffs, and liens, and helping you understand and act on your options. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, our case review form, and our text message program.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us through the case review form:

• Your name — first and last.
• How to reach you — your phone number and email address.
• The property address of the home your case concerns.
• Whatever you tell us about your situation — the case review form asks one open question, and what you write there is entirely up to you.
• Text messaging opt-in — whether you chose to receive text messages from us, and the date and time you made that choice.

We also handle your IP address when you submit the form, solely to limit how many submissions can come from one source in a short window. This is an anti-abuse measure; the address is held in memory only, is not written to your case record, and is discarded shortly afterwards.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and there is no third-party analytics or advertising pixel on it.

How we use your information

• To review your situation and prepare your options.
• To contact you about your case review by phone, email, or — only if you opted in — text message.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Your information is confidential. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messaging program

If you check the SMS opt-in box on our case review form, you agree to receive text messages from NC Foreclosure Relief about your case review, appointment reminders, and important timeline updates at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of receiving our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages. Reply HELP for help at any time, or contact us at contact@ncfrelief.com.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our website hosting, database, email, and text message delivery providers (including platform providers and phone companies) — and, when you choose to pursue a path with us, the licensed professionals involved in that transaction. Some of those professionals are affiliated with us through common ownership; see our Terms & Conditions for that disclosure. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Data retention and security

We keep case records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements, and we protect them with access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information with industry-standard safeguards.

Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.
• Access and deletion: contact us to request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep.
